In a strange way this is sad to see. That is why the landlords usually donate the lefts at least in my country, because the lefties support rent control, which only makes the landlords even richer.

Someone should make Donald Trump watch this interview. Phil is giving him a hard time on every subject but Trump stays controlled, direct to the point without all the boasting and hyperbole. He comes across as very genuine and much more humble than these days. I think if this was his tact today he'd bring many more Democrats to his side.
Everywhere Ive seen apartments that became gov. welfare housing, they run down to the ground. They can be brand new and very nice. But in a few years they are like slums.
