GA Surfer has more progress than Flash at SFGAdv cuz they've already have been constructing the station at the same time when SFOG announced that the coaster itself went vertical

From what i understand, it doesnt get riders wet. Just a spray out element.

I think there's supposed to be an area where the onlookers can stand and get wet by the spaying water.
