🥗 Georgian salad
5 pcs. tomatoes
5 pcs. cucumbers
cilantro
parsley
50 g roasted walnuts (1.7 oz)
1 tsp. vinegar
salt (to taste)
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion
chili pepper (to taste)
30 ml vegetable oil (1 fl.oz)
30 ml water (1 fl.oz)
🥄Prepare the dressing.
Combine the water, vegetable oil, vinegar, garlic, nuts and beat with a blender to a paste.
🥗 Prepare the salad.
1. Blanch the tomatoes and peel them.
2. Cut the skin off the cucumbers.
3. Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes in medium sized pieces.
4. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
5. Finely chop 1/3 of the hot peppers.
6. Chop parsley and cilantro.
7. Combine all ingredients, add dressing and mix.
8. Taste and season with salt.
