He honestly does a really good job of appearing to just be your average non-eldritch sewer clown

When Pennywise was all like "hi ya Georgie" had me cracking up 😂 I'd for sure be one of his victims too

Pennywise: Do u want a ballon too georgie? Georgie: I'm not allowed to take stuff from strangers

and then dream pops up in the sewer and shout "OH GEORGE"

That do be a nice boat tho

I wonder if pennywise would have chased or eventually have gotten to Georgie if he tried to run away instead of reaching for his boat
