You should use a spark gap with your setup it will take some of the load off your power supply. Try using a higher voltage speed controller 300-500v . the noise is coming from the imbalance between power supplies and speed controller , you are creating a bottle neck for the current to flow to motor. If you noticed, Gerard doesn't show his speed controller but he does describe the speed controller, watch video's take notes. You need the speed controller sensors to be in the correct place to work more efficiently with your motor, they are all made differently.. I think Gerard mentioned he had to go 12 poles over from 3 phase starting point with his sensors and I noticed you don't have a rectifier , maybe you do I just didn't see it in video. Anyway great job so far , stay excellent. 😀

Hi Dan awesome how you attached hyper-drive to generator. I have a 4400 watt 3500 watt continuous Duro Max Generator I want to attach a hyper-drive like you did. Can you show how you put that together ? My generator looks almost exactly like yours , I noticed the oil fill port is still there attached. How did you do it ? Thank You

cannot work that way.... u need H bridge pc board, one per phase....+ a divider voltage pc board...all of that in order to make it run in sensorless
