Killing bacteria is not the same as killing fungi or virus. Molds can grow on bread. From the video, before clips show hand touched bottom half and the after clips show growth all over the bread. Just something to think about when looking at the bread.

If the one piece of bread was kept in the bag and never removed. And the other was removed to put in bag, there would be a difference no matter what. You should of kept bread in the bag and put in the light. The one was given air and the other not. This makes a difference.

I think using your hands and keep clean, follow the rules and you'll be fine. Though I couldn't believe that people didn't know how to wash their hands properly, I live in Scotland. Imagine having to show people how to wash their hands? That baffles me and proves how grubby people really are. I'm not a germphobe at all but I am very particular about being clean. Again I'm referring to people where I live, I know there's parts of the world where they're struggling with fresh water, that breaks my heart and it's a different video. If you can afford soap and deodorant, then buy it and use it!

Many people in Asia were in poverty and their countries were only just starting to develop a generation ago. They didn't have the luxury of growing up knowing proper hygiene.

I live in indonesia. Most of makeup artists use that sterilizer bag with uvc light. I think thats a scam. Like, how do you know that really work?

Are you asking how do we know if uvc light genuinely does anything or the bag?

Uvc is good to kill germs and viruses, but im not sure what uvc light is in that bag, i use baby sterilizer uvc light with 2 uvc lights, each at least 20 watt within 10 minutes or more to sterilize electronics. No research show how uvc affect the current coronavirus but reseach shows its effective to use against sars.

Hospitals use uvc light to sterilize certain things on a larger scale since the uvc messes up the genetic material of a bacteria/virus so it can't make more copies, and uvc is really harmful to humans. It's worked on previous coronavriuses, but not proven for covid-19 yet. Idk if all the small commercial devices are the same quality though.

The face shield with bucket hat tends to fog. It's quite okay for daytime, as long as it is bright outside and I still can see through the fog/condensation on the shield. I prefer the face shield with eyeglasses frame type. Much less fogging.

I think if you want protection from a VIRUS you'll need to use something that is antiviral means something which is NOT ONLY antibacterial. Because antibacterial products won't necessarily be antiviral.

the doctor can’t say anything for certain because she wasn’t the one who did the experiment. and she can’t advertise the product as working because as she said the efficacy differ due to the reasons she stated in the video.

I would have loved to see a small petri dish test for some of these products, like for the UV, swab glasses and leather wallet before and after to see the difference and if it might work on a certain material better than others.

Awesome episode with right information . Well who sell and advertise these masks as protection against virus? Face shield must used with a mask. Sanitizer ,soap ,a simple plain mask is far better than these extras . Overall Others problems are opportunities for others.

me as germophobe practising all this before covid can affirmately tell you uv light give me no peace of mind simply use pure isopropyl alcohol /medical grade spirit with electronics all other things like metal cloth made item can be washed the only contradiction is leather me being against animal cruelty don't actually use anything leather so great thing is fake leather is more cheaper durable and washable unlike real leather........ another thing i do is to properly secure my hair i get migraine if i tightly secure my hair so i do it loosely this inturn insures less to no in my case of face touching.....hope this helps someone
