Hello, I have a query. 1. Currently, I have a student visa and am living in shared apartment with 26sqm. Is this enough for the accommodation proof? Also, my landlord doesn’t allow an extra person. So will they verify the document with the landlord once the documents reach in Germany for verification?

Hey, I appreciate your inquiry. How many sqm is mentioned on your “Meldebescheinigung”?Once the records are attained by the Immigration office, they will ask you for further requests of documents, which means they can have a clear-cut investigation.

1. Invitation letter print out eduthal mathi. 2. Residence Permit (RP) important anu. Checklist l mention cheythit und, RP mandatory anu. I think it’s better to take your FRV visa appointment once your husband has received the RP.

According to the prerequisites of FRV, you require sufficient living space (more than 28sqm) and financial stability to meet both your and your spouse's expenses. Unfortunately, there won't be a possibility I guess.

Yes, you can bring your family with the family reunification visa. You have to show enough living space for your husband and child too, and if you don't have a sufficient earing to meet their expenses, may be a blocked amount is mandatory.

Padikuna time il husband ine kondvaran possible aanu.. But kure conditions meet cheyendi varum. 1. You have to be financial stable. (Blocked amount has to be created) 2. Living space need to above 26 sqm. (If you have a child, kids room is necessary) 3. German language proficiency min. of A1 level for your spouse. we hope these infos will help you. Thank you.

Firstly, you can apply for FRV visa, while you are a student a blocked amount is mandatory and once your spouse gets the visa you can come together. Hope I clarified your query.

It is mandatory to have enough living space and financial stability, and your spouse needs to show language proficiency if your residence permit (RP) [Aufenthaltstitel] doesn't come under the excluded category. However, I don't know whether you are getting paid or not. If not, I don't think it's possible.

Hi, during your studies you can bring your spouse, in that case one has to show a blocked amount of 11,208 EURO per year for sufficient living money. I can't say about rejection rates, however for some applicants the visa process can take about an year.
