Coming to service sector question..india is reborn after 1947 which is very young as a nation comparing to usa ,uk and italy germanica .so first 25 years it took time to re areange everything which went very bad .As germany ,uk and usa (250years) this countries got ample amount of time to build a eco system for product design .where india requires huge educational reforms at primary and secondary school level and to build such eco system it takes few decades more ..but we will reach it one day

Let me just list down what I wanted to say about your questions you face during your stay there. 1. When they ask you why Germany, I would say I came to get some exposure to work with different people with wide variety of culture. 2. When they ask when would you leave, say it depends and give some good examples of Germany and the reason why u wanna stay. 3. Why India is such a poor country, reply saying Britishers took over all the money and made us a poor country. They know about Britishers and the way they also took a part of Berlin once . I am sure they know their history much more than us Indian:)) Lastly one comment here about Telugu community is that I observed in Hyd is that they only get along with Telugu people which is not good... ofcourse you should but you should take along other people as well from different community....so it is no wonder if you face the same kind of treatment there in a different country. I am not saying all of you are like that but most of them are bec I am seeing this from past 30+ yrs now. Otherwise nothing to get offended guys ...mine is a general statement... nothing specific to you or Telugu community. Good luck .

on the product and service part. We are still in that transition period. You would see a slightly different way of working in some startups and other product based companies in india, especially people who previously worked in the US and came back. Our superstar companies in tech are still accenture, infosys, tcs, cts etc. which are primarily service oriented, so the concept of ownership can be difficult to expect. Ultimately service based companies run on the projects they get, so their way of doing business will be typically focused on how many resources can we keep to this project and how long can we extend the project. Flipkart, byju's, swiggy, ola and other indian companies are still just emerging. It'll take time for our products to become world class. All the big product companies in India are mostly american companies, which usually register themselves in india as another service based company helping US operations.
