Seventh and final video in the series showcasing the Axis & Allies painted miniatures for Germany. Pieces include units from Europe 1940, 1941, and Historical Board Gaming.
Awesome Job! Absolutely Beautiful. By far my favorite nation you've painted. I really dig that Panzer Gray. Yet one of the easiest, yet the most gorgeous!
Excellent work! I know what you mean about having painted pieces that are no longer in play. I have so many of them. I constantly try to improve the set with better pieces like the surf boards, lol. That Iron cross metal is awesome. Incredible my friend, well done!
Sired.....I love your Africa Corp.....love the rich mustard paint you used. Its a shame you felt that you had to remove it from play. I feel your pain....!
Love your work Siredblood! I too painted Africa Korp and rarely use it because folks were forgetting it was Germany. Like the inclusion of the mechs from Battle of the Bulge. Went to HBG to buy some at it was going to be $40 for 6 of US and 6 Germany, so bought the entire game on eBay for $70. Win!
I really like your idea of the Afrika Corps. It’s a shame that they aren’t being used. I think I’ll make an Afrika Corps for my game/players as they’re really good at identifying the pieces on the board.
Do you still do painting jobs cause i am looking at having an entire set for Global War 1936-1945 Regular, and Expansion pieces painted? I am specifically looking for you to do this since your work is absolutely amazing.
hey man. first off, just discovered your channel today and I recently got addicted to Axis and Allies so I'm SUPER interested in painting my units. I was just curious as to how you get the little Nazi flags on your planes and tanks. same with the other national symbols on other vehicles?
siredblood so I got some decals from HBG, but I'm having some problems. this may sound like a dumb question, but how do you get the decals off of the sheet of paper?
I have a question about the game. so, if you add light tanks, tank destroyers. do they have their separate way of combat? Meaning that a heavy tank has to roll a 4 for defending and attacking it rolls a 4, unlike the regular tank. so back to my question. does more add on's effect the gameplay?
Think I forgot to mention in one of your last vids talking about the warping or slight bending of the carriers you got from HBG. Have you tried the boiling/hot water trick. Plastic type material when placed in hot water should reform back to it's original shape. So hopefully that would fix the warping issue of the carriers.
Beaut!!! Hey SB, Afrika Korps infantry or maybe confusing but not the aircraft or the tank Cinemax or the artillery frankly you can keep those in your games my opinion or at a minimum the aircraft
Great work! I wouldn't wanna to fly with someone who had trouble telling those aircraft apart, those planes are obviously the bad guys...... I've been flyin' the hell outta "IL-2 Sturmovik" on Xbox lately.....yesterday I got drunk and chased a Me109 halfway across northern France. He was good, but I finally shot him down.... and then had to run outside and throw up from spinning so much whilst drunk. Good times.
What game? I bought an xbox 1 like 2 years ago... never played anything really on it, I got lego hbbbit to play with Wendy... that lasted a few days... now it just collects dust lol.
The game's called "Il-2 Birds of Prey"..... it's on the old Xbox 360, our next gen console is a PS4. There is a whole excellent series of "IL-2 Sturmovik" games, and even though it's named after the Soviet ground attack plane you can fly a variety of aircraft, I used a British Spitfire to shoot down that jerry yesterday. Flight simulators are about the only video games I dig, the FAA won't let me drink and fly, much less dogfight. Everything else I either can do or have done in real life.
