@@mr.hoppelelefant2350 you couldnt smoke it if you didnt posses it. holding a joing was already considered a possesion, so it would have been legal only when another person is holeding it, and you are inhaling it, but then the person holding it would do it illegaly
@@hankadat It is illegal to buy weed right now, even sharing is illegal. So I would say Consumers has their dealers until the grow is ready and tasty. The partial legalization starts slowly, but it has begun.
@@hankadat Lots of consumers had illegal grows already or Friends. So the consumers don't have to wait and the dreamers have No Problem to wait until their grow ist ready. Remember it was illegal now for about 60years, 12-16weeks waiting is nothing

Hey, I am from Germany and I can say it becomes more worse after legalization. Cannabis patients are under controll. Driving licenses are collected by goverment and high fines are charged for consuming cannabis in public. The new law since April isnt applicable on daily base. Let me know how do you see the situation in Germany. The politicians are congratulating each other, but to be honest, nothing changed.
Man muss sich halt nur richtig anstellen :D Nicht in Verbotszonen zwischen 7 und 20 Uhr rauchen. Nicht in Sichtweite von Kinder- und Jugendeinrichtungen rauchen und gut is 👍
@@ashurplays Ich bin Patient, sogar mit Kostenübernahme der Krankenkasse. Die Führerscheinthematik, Stigmatisierung und Verfügbarkeit meiner Medikamente haben sich drastisch verschlechtert seit der Entkriminalisierung. Weiterhin schlägt der Wilkürhammer der Exekutiven um sich, sodass weiterhin tausende Menschen trotz neuem Gesetz kriminalisiert werden. Ich muss jeden Tag um meinen Lappen bangen obwohl ich mich strikt an die Einnahmeverordnung meines Arztes halte. Aus meiner persönlichen Sicht hat sich gar nichts verbessert und die Phrasen der Politiker sind alles nur Gerede und ein Fass ohne Boden.

Sehe nur noch Polizeikontrollen überall, statt endlich loszulassen und lediglich hotspots (z.B an Orten wo es häufiger zu Verstößen kommt oder meinetwegen Stichproben wie bei Alkohol in Form von Polizeikontrollen) zu kontrollieren. Wenn es dir vorher schon nichts ausgemacht hat, damit in Verbindung gebracht zu werden ist, ist es natürlich super, alle anderen dafür stehen jetzt auf dem Radar. 3,5 nanogramm unterschreiten, wenn du 2 Tage vorher gekifft hast? Viel Spaß bei der nächste Straßenkontrolle, die ist schon um die Ecke!👍
That was the only thing they promised during their Campaign and actually managed to do. And they did a really bad job. It's all super complicated and regulated - smoking at the wrong time or place can earn you massive fines.
They Promised more and did it, this Coalition held most of their promises. For example implementing "Bürgergeld" and getting rid of that sh!t H4, expansion of renewable energies 60% by now of all used energy by now, Deutschland-Ticket ( was not a promise still a great thing ), Child benefit increase i could go on and on, but everybody finds something to cry about and they took "power" in a pandemic and after 16 f*cking years CDU and Merkel. We got 16 Years Kohl ( CDU ) 8 Years ( Schröder SPD not a fan of that putin ass kisser ) and 16 Years of Merkel ( CDU again ) and if you look back the 32 years of CDU nothing really got better for the normal person first yes good thing the wall got took down but at what cost ? Millions and millions of people got Welcome Money and millions of them needed Pension from a pot they never payed into just great, 16 year merkel nothing really happend no innovations, no digital expansion to strengthen Germany's economic position, so the majority of people get here studys for "free" and leaves because the pay is low the prices are high, somewhere else life is much better and easier.

When does it ever happen that a government passes a new law that doesn't mean more restrictions, but more freedom? I can't remember. But the way they did it... 🤦 You must be a member of a club. The annual membership fee for this club is up to 300 euros. Nobody who wants to smoke once a year for a short time buys such a membership. So the offer is aimed at hardcore stoners and the rest use the black market. There is still a lot to be done
i think so too, that it would be good to dry out the black market. Theres one thing I wonder from the people with your own experiences: How good did you perform in studies (apprenticeship, school, retraining, college) or work when smoked? Did you have found a rhythm to studied good grades and consumed? Was it maybe impossible with both or impossible without? Your answers would be great.
i didn't go to uni, but i know people who smoked every day while studying, and they did fine. it depends on the person and how strong your will is. it's not for everyone. for me for example, i smoked during my later school years and i didn't do good in school. but that was mostly due to me becoming lazy, not dumb.
I can now grow my own. Dipping below 1€/g, why on earth should I every buy again from a dealer lel. I grow all I want, its called weed for a reason hehe
Cannabis consumption (as well as other substances) alters the way the brain communicates. If I am not mistaken, the Cannabis metabolites stay longer in the body, therefore it has the potential to change a developing brain on a more long-lasting term, sometimes forever. The brain develops up until the age of 21, so that would be the magical threshold to minimize the potential damage done For me that would be a good minimum age and I am all for raising the min. age for hard liquor to 21, too. Now the real work starts, because most older (also some young) people in Germany are painfully uneducated in these topics Greetings from Kassel

We can grow 3 plants… and allowed to have 50g at home… I have questions… how to harvest only 50g ? If the one outdoor plant produces over 2000g… Raid they now everybody who is growing? because anybody is above the limit by growing a single plant… Nice law but totally stupid implanted.
We all know: The best law-intention is worthless, when there will be a lack of responsibility by those, who handle it: A) towards children and B) avoid illegal ways of buying it ``same procedure as usual`` from now on. I don`t consume it at all, but I accept this change. Reasons: Snaps is quite more dangereous. And I had two totally different experiances with friends in my life, who intensively consumed Cannabis: one of them slipped down into it deeper and deeper, the other friend got rid of it, when she moved to another town. I hope, this decision will become a victory for ALL. Our Dutch Neighbours had to row back to a ban... maybe we are more stiff, more ''prussian'' enough, to manage it ? It`s a weak theory... I know, and I am not sure, because I often have a quite higher opinion of the Dutch spirit and cleverness (except in football of course :), than of our `malancolic` Snaps- and Beer-Monopoly here, which too often makes us much slower in mind, than our neighbours. Ok: we are 82 Million people, therefore Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark e.g. are faster in their public discussions. But despite this: Let`s take this experiment and make the best of it !
Both are generally permitted. Of course, there are restrictions, for example regarding children. I suspect he means the second, as it is unusual even in Western countries
i´m sorry but this the stupidest idea we´ve ever had. because there is nobody who control the hole preocess. the only possitiv fact the now there are taxes on the sale of these drugs and the goverment "earns" money of these addicted people. this might to finace ohter useful ideas that helps everybody, not only former "criminals".
but both freedoms so regulated that you hardly find a place to use them. on the autobahn there is often a speedlimit and for weed you have to find a place without kids and kidrelated facilities 😁

@@Matches771 The titel says "Germany legalizes smoking weed in public" and not "Germany legalizes taking half a kilo into a police station." 😄 And the sense behind the law is not to support addiction, it allows enjoyment and a responsible weed handling. If you smoke over 50 gramms in a month, you should overthink your behavior.
Hallo Die Konsumenten werden trozdem weiter den Schwarz - Markt bevorzugen, ihnen ist nur wichtig das es keine Straftat mehr ist wenn sie mit Cannabis erwischt werden das ist glaube ich das was an erster stelle steht
Absolut nicht. Jetzt das erste halbe jahr noch ja, aber die Leute werden ihr eigenes zeug anbauen und an kumpels geben (was ja nicht "erlaubt" ist). Weißt du wie teuer gras ist?

"legales Gras" aus der Apotheke ist deutlich teurer als das übliche vom Schwarzmarkt (bis zu 100% Mehrkosten), dafür ist es aber GARANTIERT unversehrt und nicht verunreint. ... das wird sich wohl in den kommenden Monaten etwas verändern und durch die Legalisierung wird das "kontrolliert angebaute Gras" vermutlich deutlich günstiger, da es ja jetzt legal viel mehr Abnehmer finden wird und somit die Gesamtkosten des legalen Vertriebs deutlich sinken werden! Hoffen wir das Beste ;)
