/ @passionforpetrol In todays video I'm heading over to Germany in my stage 2 polo gti aw for a mini European road trip! Didn't quite go to plan as you'll see in the video, but enjoy the footage that I did manage to get for you!
Welcome in 🇩🇪. The Autobahn is just great 😋. Can you make a video showing how to change the following things: -spark plugs -pollen filter -fuel filter -air filter -brake fluid The video of the engine oil change and DSG transmission oil is perfect because I drive the exact same GTI. Showing us the correct tools and torque is just great. Year of construction 2020. I have the VCDS software. I read the temperature in the software.
@@PassionForPetrol Perfect! I'll love to know these things. The Polo is a mechanics dream. - Oil change easy - DSG-Oil change easy, cause the Battery is in the back and you don't have to dismount the housing of the air filter. No electric sensors at the brakes and manuel handbrake. Thank you for making videos, so I don't have to die dumb. 😂
Great video mate, really appreciate it. Respect for going by yourself, looked lovely. My daughter is getting a 72 plate soon, sun roof is a must for me .
Impressive figures but I’d advise getting an upgraded one, they heat soak really badly and you’ll lose that power after a couple pulls, especially with warmer weather.
@@PassionForPetrol That's the next thing that's going to happen to the car along with an is20 hybrid turbo or an is38 turbo I'm still doubting which is going to be best for the B cycle engine
@@PassionForPetrol They told me that the tte 485 is20 hybrid turbo spools up faster than is38 and makes as much power since these engines with their higher compression than the golf gti are limited at +- 350hp and 550nm. i should be able to find someone who has installed an is20 hybrid since on youtube you only find videos of is38 polo gti's
I think you’ll be surprised at how little you get out of an is20, @unknownpologti on insta had one fitted, reached around the 300 mark I believe, don’t quote me on that tho haha. Think I’ll go is38 and deal with slightly more lag 👍
I’ve not heard bad things about them to be fair, I think as long as the ECU is locked it’s a good alternative. Don’t think you’ll get as good results as you would from a remap, but also can just take off the racechip if you need warranty stuff doing!
Definitely stiffens things up, though I haven’t taken it on track. Sure the best way to see the difference would be a before and after on the track. Think for the money it’s worth it!
@@PassionForPetrol thank you for the reply, think I’ll look into getting one they seem a good alternative to a half cage and you don’t want to strip out the interior 👍🏼
