I was drunk walking home being recorded, mocked and abused by Guards. These Guards deliberately mocked and provoked a drunken man that has constantly exposed Garda Corruption. I put their colleagues on youtbue committing criminal offences. I called Whelan a Liar on youtube . This was a classic tactic by the Heavy Gang..."get him when he is drunk"...Why was I told go home??? They where not concerned about my "SAFTY"...they were laughing at me and mocking me. They were correcting a drunken man over his words "Special Criminal Court"...THEY WHERE ENGANGING IN CONVERSATIONS WITH ME AT ALL STAGES BUT MOCKING ME. It is not a criminal offence under the Public Order Act to walk home drunk.
Breaking news: The DPP has just directed that the Public Order Charges section 4 and 6 will be withdrawn on the next Court Date. So their now accepting I was not intoxicated in a public place a danger to myself or the public (4) and not abusive and threatening (6)...the section 2 assault is still there but I suspect that will be withdrawn as well. So I was in effected targeted by the 3 guards...simple as that.

On a serious note is this what the tax payer is wasting their money on, ye provoked this man to the point for a reaction and ye got it to arrest him this down right wrong and most lads that live in the city center walk home from the pub after a few points.

Classical case of get Molloy when he is drunk. Not that drunk notice hands in air and I push when I was pushed and grabbed. Judge scandalised them. I knew the house had best of CCTV haha .
Completely antagonised. Pull up beside a man and provock him in to reacting. This is so typical of what they do They asked him multiple times if he wanted a lift home and they should have left then or go on patrol and come back to see if he was alright. They knew 100% what they were doing.
