In this video, we're going to take a closer look at our high-pressure injection packer for concrete repair.
Made up of its anchoring sleeve and injector, this high-pressure packer is great for for epoxy and foam injections.

Similar to the other MABI injection packers, both the injector and its anchoring sleeve are made of a high-quality polymer, making it compatible with a variety of chemicals and resistant to corrosion.
Thanks to the expanding anchoring sleeve, this injector creates a strong hold on the support structure, perfect for high-pressure injections up to 2000 PSI.
Like our other two part packer, the separate parts allow you to inject in two steps. Insert injector sleeves first with a hammer starting from the bottom of the crack moving upwards. Then use the mounting tool to insert the injectors as you inject.
By inserting injectors as you go, you are clearly able to see when your chemical product has fully penetrated the crack and when you can move on to the next packer. Once product is visible from the next open sleeve, insert a small injection packer and continue moving up the crack.
True to MABI injectors, this one also contains the anti-return valve. BUT, instead of being located in the head, the valve sits in the body of the injector. This placement means you can immediately cut the packer to remove it, even before your product has cured.
