can the opening contains sub variations for training not just one line but many lines

for that I would recommend just different chapter's.

does this training works only with chess nut evo can we train in chess nut pro also , can we train from a setup position ?

this is will work on PC and the EVO. you can start from set up positions, however I normally start from starting position. this wont work on the Pro though. for that check out my video on LucasChess and opening trainer. I think that will better suit your needs :)
