Hi I've had the mia for about 4 years. I have extremely sensitive skin and use the cashmere head every second day as I've found that to work best for me. I do double cleanse every evening and cleanse in the morning. I have very dry skin so use it with a milky cleanser, as I don't use foaming cleansers and it works well even without foam. I would caution anyone with extremely sensitive skin to start out slowly and see how their skin tolerates it. Also you don't need to use pressure, just glide it over the skin as it works without pressing too hard. Best wishes.

My Clarisonic is my very favorite skin care product. I am 36 and I suffer from acne. I break out like a teenager. I used to use tanning beds for acne control, but after I purchased my Clarisonic, it clears up the breakouts almost overnight, I swear by it and I preach the the of this product.

I totally understand the skin struggle! I'm 27 also, 28 in January. Struggled with acne from 10-25, now that I'm not having horrible breakouts all the time I'm starting to see some fine lines on my forehead 😩 You are so beautiful though, you're skin looks great and I'm sure you will age gracefully. I've been a fan for about 4 years and you have always been one of my favourite RU-vidrs!

I bought a Clarisonic Mia 2 at Sephora. The particular brush came with summer time skin care. It was highly discounted and I got a really good deal since my purchase was made in Autumn.

whitney holcomb I ended up doing the same type of thing. It was a set from the Holidays. Came with a Mia 2 in a beautiful rose gold color, a case and bag and a full sized cleanser and 2 brush heads. It was priced at $149 for the Christmas season. Well Ulta still had a few. I took it to the register and it was $99 and I had points. So I walked out paying $83 for it. Isn't the feeling amazing!? Getting a good deal!?

Hi Rach. Have you tried the Foreo? I'm keen to see a comparison and hear thoughts on the differences in the rubber on the foreo instead of the clarisonic bristles. Cheers!

I have both. The foreo is very odd and definitely does work. It can also be equally irritating to your skin which I was very surprised by, especially bad as unlike with the Clarisonic you can't see it do anything (like breaking down makeup) so it's easy to over use. It does work nicely with balms, so what I do is use the Clarisonic with a liquid type cleanser (alpha h clear skin) when I feel like I need exfoliation, and the foreo with a balm (alpha h liquid laser balm) when I am after a "massage" type clean. Also just wanted to say most people's skin would never handle twice a day!

Any tips on taking care of the brush head? How often do you purchase a new one?

I've been told that you should change the brush head every 3 months and rinse clean after each use. Once a week it is recommended that you clean it with a gentle soap like baby shampoo. I hope that helps :)

If you buy a Mia 2 from the Australian online store, will it come with an Australian charger or do you need to use your own adaptor?

Hi Kristy, As far as I am aware if you but the Mia 2 from an Australian seller - including the Clarisonic AU online, store it will come with an Australian power plug. No adapters needed. :) xox Rach

Guys also very important.After every use take your brush off and leave it on a towel so the water doesnt stay on the brush head!

Rache, I love your channel but with the PR haul overload and this it's all feeling very 'ad like' at the moment which is really off brand for your channel and off putting (I know this wasn't sponsored, just expressing how it comes across). Please know this is just some constructive criticism! I really do enjoy your channel, It's just that I watch you because you're so down to earth and not constantly "PR"ing and doing ad type vids, so it sticks out to me and I have started not watching as many of your vids because I'm just not into the content at the moment, which sucks for both of us! Also, please rethink using this twice a day... If you use it properly at night there's no need to use it again in the morning. Short term it may seem great but long term it's over stripping and undoing all the great work proper use would bring. Personally I double cleanse, removing makeup first then using the Clarisonic on the second wash, that way I know there's not an ounce of anything left.
