Thanks for this video, I like plank, because it's easier for who have busy life but want to keep fit, since I dislike exercise which require more difficult movement.

It is a slow process and will take at least 6 months to remove all the belly fat. Exercise works and that's why it's called "Pain & Gain". You will start noticing that the stomach area will get tight and hard slowly day by day and you will feel that happiness " Wow it's actually working 😃" and stop eating too many carbohydrates, especially rice everyday and also sugar.
