GET FLAWLESS Skin with Hydroquinone and Tretinoin! 

Can I use peptides with hydroquinone?

Hi so I have a few questions because my dermatologist really didn’t explain throughly to me and I want to be sure I use it correctly and get the best results. Okay so today, I was prescribed spironolactone 25mg, hydroquinone 4%, and tretinoin 0.05%. So the instructions said to apply hydroquinone at morning and night and to apply tretinoin at night only and he also said to put on benzoyl peroxide along with tretinoin to treat the little bit of acne I do have because majority of my face is dark spots but I do have some pimples on both of my cheeks and a little on my forehead but the forehead ones started to clear up so it’s mainly just my cheeks. My acne is pretty moderate or mild to some people. I already have some face reality products such as a cleanser, a toner, acne med 5% which is a benzoyl peroxide, I have a vivant Mandelic serum and I believe that’s like vitamin A or C it targets inflammation and dark marks on your skin, and then I have moisturizer and sunscreen spf. It’s all medical grade. So my questions are since this is my first time using it, what products do you recommend me using from face reality for both morning and night to prevent my skin from burning or getting worse. Second, do I put on a moisturizer right after the toner to start off with the tretinoin? Third, am I supposed to wait until every single pimple is gone to start using hydroquinone or I can use it now but I just have to avoid the area where the pimples are? Lastly, how do I use the acne med(benzoyl peroxide ) in the routine if I need to? I usually use that at night time but since I have tretinoin now I really do not want to mess up my skin at all. I just really want to be sure I’m doing everything 100% correctly. I’ve been in a situation where a derm didn’t explain good enough and thorough enough and it messed up my skin, which is why I don’t care for dermatologists that much. unfortunately the dermatologist I just seen really just prescribed it and didn’t go into detail on how to use it and when I asked him he said he would send instructions which ofc were not thorough and trying to contact him is a pain, and the rest he just said to research it.
