Almost 30 years ago my premature daughter was born. She looked so helpless and so small in the incubator. I was a potato chip salesmen back then; I heard this song in my truck when I was 80 miles away from my little girl in nicu. This song caught the spirit of my heart because there seemed like this great divide that kept me from her. It's like the song was from her heart to mine. She has her own family now and her own son now too. This song has always been "my song" for her still even today. I've been a nurse now for over two decades thanks to her life. Also, thank you for this wonderful cover and the heart you put into it👏🎹🎼

My daughter and her best friend are doing a duo to this song this dance season and (its both of our daughters last dance season this year), and it will be there last time profroming it this weekend. When I tell you when her mom and I were balling our eyes out every time watching them dance together and your song just makes it so much harder not to cry. The song has such a deep meaning to us now. From the bottum of our hearts thank you for making there last dance season together so special.
