Week 12 of the 18 week shred plan.
Strength is holding on low carbs but I’m feeling like I’m lacking energy and my sleep was not great last night.
I had the day off from work and the weather was a bit poor so I decided to get up and organised for training in the gym this morning. Really happy with shoulders but as I write this later in the day I’m scunnered now. I have no desire for direct steps and I’m having a day off from steps and cardio today to help me recover for legs tomorrow.
I don’t think I’m going to make my goal of 209 this week but I’ll see what I weigh. I’ve dropped carbs to 110g on the tail end of the week and I can tell you I’m looking forward to my high carb day.

I jumped on the scales last week and the good news I was 15 stone 210Ibs so I made one of my targets. Going to keep dieting to see the shreds and still have a few weeks left of this program.
I’m going to aim for a pound drop in weight so I’m going to aim for 209 this week.
