Week 10 of the 18 week shred plan
Busy day for me as I was getting the electrics done for the gym to have lights for the winter. Burnt a ton of calories out doing manual labour.
Kept my morning schedule of a fasted 2 hour walk this morning. I really enjoy the walk in the morning as it’s peaceful and helps set me up for the day. I would always recommend to anyone to go a wee walk in the morning. If anything it will let you feel like you have accomplished a victory to your day and will always benefit your mental health.
My body weight was at 211lbs last weigh in day was a low of 211lbs fasted in the morning.
