Hey Danielle! I don't usually do resolutions at the beginning of the year because I just tend to start new goals and projects through the year rather than wait till the 1st. With one execption this year, I started on a healthy eating journey on Dec 27th and really want to kick my sugar habit. Not just for weight loss but for overall health. I'm so glad you had a nice Christmas with your family. These memories are so special as our littles grow. Happy New Year to you and your family!

Hey Jen! I love the idea of goals throughout the year. I think that is so much more attainable. I’m so excited for you for your health journey. That for sure is so important. You got a lot of really great things for Christmas. You are definitely like me. I love getting kitchen items to help me as I work in the kitchen. I really like your new kitchen aid bowl. I am thinking about investing in a seven quart mixer as I have the five qt now. What is really getting me is the beautiful hammered. Copper bowl that you can purchase to go with it. It makes it so beautiful.

Hey Friend, Happy Sunday: I have been missing your content and you uploading new videos. ❤ it’s okay that you weren’t able to put out Christmas content like you wanted to, I’m just glad you and your family had a great Christmas. Also I’m glad that you’re back with new 2024 content on your channel I’m so excited to see what videos you will upload. ❤ I like how you don’t have a new year resolution because you don’t want to pressure yourself with setting goals in just one or two days and that you want to include your family into them. I feel like a lot of people spend a lot of time pressuring themselves into setting goals for the new year in just a few short days when they have a whole year to come up with them. Also sometimes our goals change throughout the year or we don’t reach them and we feel stressed out. That’s why I’m just striving to be a better version of myself and maybe see growth in my career nothing major. ❤
