Sourdough Pasta Recipe:
1 Cup Sourdough Starter
3 Cups Flour
4 Eggs
Mix with a dough hook in a stand mixer for 10 minutes & let rest for 30 minutes

One of my favorite things about winter is that it gives us the time and reflection to make small little upgrades and changes around the home. This was so relaxing to watch!

Hey Friend, Happy Thursday. You’re such a good mom, I love seeing your mom side. I feel like we hardly ever get to experience it but I enjoy it so much when we do. ❤ I agree these things that you don’t mind having in your home for years maybe even decades but we all should get new household items that we use daily. ❤

Rachel, that was the sweetest thing you could have ever said! It’s not always easy, but I’m for sure trying to do my best. I know I don’t show the boys a whole lot. It’s hard being a parent a navigating what to show of your kids and what to keep private. It’s an ever changing world, that’s for sure. Have the very best weekend my friend!

Great tips on taking it slow and being mindful this time of year. I get depressed after Christmas and I love your take on learning to love January and February. I miss my kids being little so it's always nice to see you spending time together with them.

Thank you Jen! I for sure am doing my best to not take it for granted. It’s so much fun just having afternoons to relax and play with the boys. I definitely get depressed after Christmas too but spending it with the boys makes it much better!!

Hi Danielle, your boys are so cute and growing so fast❣️You’re right about the feeling of lightness after the Christmas decorations are gone. I always feel a little melancholy but as the sun stays longer it’s like a sign of renewal.Looking forward to birdsong and bloom in the spring. Thanks so much Ann! I love how you put that, a sign of renewal. So very true! Definitely looking forward to some spring weather, but for now we are bundled up and enjoying a chillier day outside, getting as much play in as possible before the sun goes down! You’re the sweetest!

Love My Kitchen Aid Attachments they make it so much easier in so many ways. I make homemade butter with mixer often. Your boys are growing so much. Can't wait to see video of your dining room makeover. Have an amazing weekend

I couldn’t agree more! They are the best and so easy to cook from scratch with. I accidentally made butter one time as I was trying to make whipped cream and walked away from the mixer for too long lol. But it was a delicious sweet butter! Hope you have a lovely weekend Georgie!
