DIY VINEGAR CLEANER:
3/4 cup of vinegar
3/4 cup of rubbing alcohol
1 tablespoon of dawn dish soap
30 drops of your favorite essential oil
The rest is water
Homemade Shower Cleaner Ingredients:
You will need the following ingredients to make a homemade shower cleaner:
2 cups of vinegar - warm in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
3/4 cup of dawn dish soap
Whatever, essential oil you prefer
Funnel
Combine ingredients in a spray bottle, spray down your shower and leave it on there for 30 minutes

Hi Yesenia!!! I was camping, but saw your short of 90 days post surgery!!! You look awesome!!! Keep it up!!! I wear mini twists and one of my favorite products to pre-poo my hair is African Pride Aloe & Coconut Pre- Shampoo. Great slip. I just tried Doux Crazy, Sexy Curl after watching Tif doing Cameron's hair. I like it. We have a couple of Blackstones. When we purchased our 1st one, we bought the brand oil to season with, but after using it all, we found out from other Blackstone users that my husband now uses canola or avocado oil to season it with. Make sure to cover it to protect from moisture. It will definitely rust. We also use our Traeger. We like to go out to eat, but the cost of eating out is ridiculous and I can cook it better and healthier. We are trying to improve our health as well.

The video was nice but I kept running back and forth working in my backyard come back and finish watching the video I think I did it about twice. I am trying to get my backyard together before the summer gets here I even found some planters to hang on the tree I got that idea from your mom Judy so I just been walking around hanging planters on trees. One of my granddaughters had a bike when she was a teenager but she don't ride it anymore she's 21 now and she left the bike here it's blue and powder blue and it's really pretty so I put that in my backyard and put a planter on there as well I thought that was so cute. But yes I am feeling so good about doing my backyard after watching your video when you done yours but I have to wait a little while because it was still kind of raining hard here in California and one day we even had a bad storm I don't know where that came from but yes I enjoyed the video as always just saying❤🦋💛.

Hey sis. I was told that after bariatric surgery you can no longer drink out of a straw and noticed you still do. Have you had any issues? I'm curious because I always drIink out of a straw and chew gum and know that after surgery this will be a huge challenge for me to give up.

I know for sure that chewing gum is a no-no, but I know so many bariatric people that still drink out of a straw. To me that’s the only way I can get water in and I have zero issues. The only way to know is to try it and see now if you feel gassy, then I wouldn’t do it.

The kids are home, John got some burgers and ribs on the grill, music blasting. I know these are some beautiful memories. It reminds me of Jamaica, we do that sort of thing a lot here. Destiny's hair is so long and beautiful. Girl you are just shedding that weight, you look gorgeous.
