At 27 years of age i realised the phone really fcks you up mentally, got rid of mine 7 months ago and it was the best decision in the past few years. If there's one thing I can add into this comment section that I have not seen is that you should find and seek the LORD and His word. He will give you a purpose (something we all need) and He will bless you. The word of God mentions that His favour is in those who are particularly humble and righteous.
