I know a lot of you guys love that content, and I do too, but for once in my life I’m actually trying to step outside my comfort zone, LIVE my life outside of a textbook, do something a bit different, and very soon I’m going to be learning through travelling! Of course, my inner productive drive will never go away, hence these videos, but I hope you’ll appreciate that this channel only aims to follow my life and share it online ✌🏻💚🙌🏻😁

I know I am not Holly but what helps me is: eating a fruit, making short breaks where you walk and move a bit (no longer than 5 minutes or so) and drinking water or tea. And switching it up a bit. For example switching between reading, writing notes and revision etc. Sometimes it also helps to change the place where you are studying. (Then you also get fresh air in between) But I am no study expert by any means but maybe this is helpful

I’ve tried so many different planners and have, for the upteenth time, returned to choosing a new Smythson soho mara agenda each year since it is so elegant, light, and portable. It somehow really does get me to accomplish things, whereas with other planners I end up slacking off. One thing I wish they would change is their blue-only paper to include a cream or white option. Anyway, enjoying how productive you are and that you are having such a great time on your adventure!

Just found your videos and I am finding them very interesting and can relate a lot to you. I've also just graduated with Biological Sciences from Warwick Uni and not sure of what I want to do at all. I know I don't enjoy lab work or research but at the same time if research was more 'human' based like you said (e.g. links between the microbiome and mental health) I'd be interested in that. I like psychology, health and fitness a lot and sometimes feel I've studied the wrong degree... It's nice to watch someone who I can relate to and I find you inspiring.

You shouldn't put your laptop on a soft surface, it blocks air holes meaning it will likely get hot, which means it will slow down
