Get Out is a 2017 American horror film written and directed by Jordan Peele in his directorial debut. It stars Daniel Kaluuya as Chris, a black man who uncovers a disturbing secret when he meets the family of his white girlfriend (Allison Williams). Bradley Whitford, Caleb Landry Jones, Stephen Root, Lakeith Stanfield, and Catherine Keener co-star.
Get Out premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 23, 2017[2] and was theatrically released in the United States on February 24, 2017, by Universal Pictures. It grossed $255 million worldwide on a $4.5 million budget, making a net profit of $124 million and becoming the tenth most profitable film of 2017.
Critics praised the film's screenplay, direction, performances, and satirical themes. It was chosen by the National Board of Review, the American Film Institute and Time as one of the top 10 films of the year. At the 90th Academy Awards, it was nominated for four awards, winning the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. It also earned five nominations at the 23rd Critics' Choice Awards, two at the 75th Golden Globe Awards, and two at the 71st British Academy Film Awards.

@@Damnboii134 the reason why rose didn't want Chris to give his license was so that the police cannot track him and also the cop may already have known about black people going missing in that area and that's why just wanted to keep a record in case he might go missing.

When Rose stops the cop from checking Chris’s license, it’s not to stand up for him against a racist act; it’s to ensure there’s no paper trail connecting Chris with her family. The guy in the fisrt scene is logan because if you notice when he is kidnapped the kidnapper's car is white coloured and he's wearing a type of helmet and in the last scene when chris sits in the car that is the same white car and the same helmet is there on the passenger seat meaning one of the family members ( mostly jeremy ) kidnapped him

So that guy whose nose is bleeding at the time the other guy clicked photo. He told GET OUT that it indirectly means to go away from that place or else he will be hypnotized and the police officer prediction is right because he thought that they are making slaves through hypnotism.

I have 3 theories regarding this masterpiece :- 1) Rose family the so called "Behold of Coagula" group believe that black people are superior in terms of their body structure and posses greater strength, power and some other greater physical attributes etc 2) In many scenes we saw Georgina , Walter & Logan wanted to help Chris , Like when Georgina unplugged Chris's phone draining all his battery she was literally crying and wanted to say something but her mind was still under the control of rose's grandmother Marianne , Similarly when Logan ask Chris to get out he was trying to help him Because there was still a part of Andre Hayworth in him Similarly Walter helps Chris by shooting Rose instead and then shooting himself. 3) We saw a scene where Chris was telling rose that he could've saved her mother if he call 911 instead of watching television and similarly he wanted to save Georgina but she was someone else in a black body and that's why he left Rose for dead just like her mother died !!!! It's just my personal thoughts it can be wrong !!!!

Haunting Tube, my question is regarding GET OUT movie. In the movie I also noticed the character of Rose behaving like she's also hypnotized, especially in the climactic part of the film. Is it so? I m very curious about this character. Please explain. Because, when she gets hit by bullet, then her emotions change suddenly, than what they were before. And when she was watching for her new black candidates, then too, she was appearing to be weird. Explain, please.

Story concept bit resembles to the movie - name "the skeleton key". I suggest you should explain this piece. Difference is - here story has taken support of science to transfer ones consciousness into another while in the skeleton key movie characters have used Black magic "Voodoo" for transferring the soul into another one. Movie was fantastic but I wonder how IMDB and rotten tomatoes underated this movie. Nice explanation and thanks..
