@@dependent-ability8631 all we can create currently, are Skaven and some kind of Trolls or Ogres, by using Orc or Goblin form

@Erligan ??? Just go back to 1:07 and you'll see a list of more than a dozen physical forms. What are you suggesting here?

@@dependent-ability8631 Insectoid would be new for AoW, I believe, but I'd be delighted. I'd like snake people too. And transformations where the bottom half turns into a horse (for centaurs) and spiders (for driders).

@@GoodEggGuy Skaven are Ratmen from Warhammer, there is Ratkin form, There is no Ogre, or Troll form in game, but, Orcs and Goblins look somewhat similar, there is transformation that makes your race bigger, there also hero skill that removes mount option, while makes heroes gigantic. Skaven, Trolls and Ogres, are usually known for being hungry, not as much as Insectoids, Bugs got first place. Other forms are harder to roleplay this way.

Really like the look of the Primal stuff. Tho im particularly happy about the Hero changes. Having an army of purely 6 heros was kinda boring as hell imo. Happy to see this game keep growing Edit: Those special Objectives have always been in the game, and The visual toggle of Race enhancements and Spells is so nice. Sometimes i feel the need to skip stuff cause it looks ugly

ratkin are base game so you won't need any dlc if you just want to try out the game and see if you like it.

7:35 Nimue is pronounced as Nim-way. Its the name of the Lady of The Lake in Arthurian mythology. If you're in the 30 or older age range you probably best remember that name from the Merlin movie with Sam Neill as the titular character she was Merlin's love interest in that.

Btw spécialised objectives have been in the game since release, in the form of à defeat à specific godir or make an alliance to win, in the base game you had vossin and in dragon dawn you had the ashen war iirc. That and all the realm of x godir where one ennemy starts off strong but whoever defeats them wins the game

I was really hoping that "Ascension Trait" thing was about letting your factions start off with some of the transformations you took in the game, so I can could start immediately as Naga's in future games. I mean, its a cool new system but I really don't like that Naga's are basically just been left as a transformation instead of either a race form or a race trait.

so I'm getting tempted to get this game, but I have to ask: do you have to go with the traits the game gives you? like the wolf pack stuff for the Wolves, I'm wondering if you could put them on others

To answer your question, no. You can use any form traits with any form.

Serena and Nimue are from the older games. Serena is a massive traitor and Nimue is a Mass Murderer (She genocided the Lizardmen from the first game and murdered in women who were remotely close to as pretty as her in the games after.).
