I meet a Grubhub driver. He works with the pick you hours, gets paid weekly. And I don't want to say what he claims to be making. Ypu get to see what you're making per day. There are penalties if you miss a run during your shift. You can't slack doing this job. He really likes it and does it as a full time job.
