Bless your heart💕 I have felt that cold wind that blows when we lose our furbaby family members😢 The Lord blesses us with their lives but He is faithful to carry us through that loss. My mantra on the makeup: As my grandma always said “…Even an old barn looks good with a fresh coat of paint!!…” At 65 I’m appreciative of that statement more and more!! After the losses that we have experienced these past few years, I have spent more time trying to find a good concealer because all that grief really did a number on my under eyes! You are so right when you talked about "luxury" items being worth the price! And there is nothing wrong with giving yourself a "GIFT" every once in and while! I think it was well worth it. Dear Sharalee, I can understand your feelings sooooo good! My dog died exactly 1 year ago. She looked like yours, but in black. We got her from a killing-station in Spain and she brought nothing but love to us for the last 16 years. Animals don`t know how to spell love, but they surely know how to show it! They love without prejudices. We humans can learn so much from them. I hope, you get over your loss in time!! Love watching your videos, even though I am propabely at least twice your age!

I am alone now and have weathered the pandemic alone like so many others. Losing our little Rookie just about did us in!! We loved him so much and cried for days. It does get better sweet Sheralee. I never knew I could feel that depth of emotion for a pet, but he was our friend. Now we treasure the memories. ...oh and we eventually got TWO new little friends when we were ready to. Much love.

I'm so sorry Sharalee...the picture reminded me so much of my beloved childhood dog, JJ, who was a Lhasa Poo. When he passed, the Whitney Houston song, I Will Always Love You, was the top song, and every time it played I'd think of him and bawl (even in my car when people looked at me like I'd lost my mind). I am so sorry for your loss, it always leaves a hole in your heart. We never had children (today is our 49th wedding anniversary) and our pets are our family, so I totally understand. For the past week you continued to be a blessing as I recuperate from major back surgery. I’ve been binging on all your old episodes to entertain myself.
