Pink Eye advice from an RN.... any make-up brushes & make-up that touched your eyes need to be replaced (they are contaminated now), also be sure to change your pillowcase daily until this has passed. Use a warm, moist washcloth as a compress to ease the discomfort. And of course use a clean washcloth each time. It's highly contagious & can be transferred onto objects such as doorknobs, steering wheels, etc. So if you think you touched your eye & then touched something else before washing your hands, then clean what you touched before someone else touches it & so you don't keep re-infecting yourself. If James touches the object you touched (i.e. doorknob) & then he happens to touch his eye before washing his hands, then he may get it.

K- don't laugh 😊 , tube socks. We put tube socks on our windshield wipers here in CO. No sticking to the glass. Just pull them off and go no fuss no muss. Looks silly but its better than the wipers tearing when you gotta scrape the snow and ice off. Also make up no make up you are a natural beauty just like your mom is!

Have your mom and dad get you and auto start. Almost necessary Up here in winter. Just don't forget to Leave your heat on so it can start blasting the windshield cold or it will crack it. Never let it heat up and then turn it on.

Just trying to help you out on our weather car parts , @ o'reilly's the best blades are Trico Chill wiper blades and they are completely covered so the moving insides aren't exposed to ice and snow and then the blue washer fluid good for - 20 degrees ... info from a longtime alaskan.... Do you have heated seats, or a heated steering wheel? If not, you should look into a little electric thermal blanket that plugs into your cigarette lighter. They heat up so fast! You can sit on it, or drape it over your legs. They really are so worth it.

Hi - if you have pink eye pls wash your makeup brushes, change out your mascara and any eyeliner. Don’t use eye makeup until you’re better. Speaking from experience. Take care.

HIi Lexxy. I hope you are doing better. After home, get TWO small hand towels, one for each eye. Get two disposable cups, WARM WATER in each of them (one for each eye) dip the small towels and put the warm TOWELS over your eyes. Repeat as needed. You will feel so much better!

Lexxy been there all 4 of my kids had it. Warm compress on the eye helps. As for the wiper blade you could've just switched the blades 😅. Well if you parents and siblings get the pink eye you'll never hear the end of it 😂. Blessings to you & James 😊🇺🇲

I feel for you. I’ve only had pink once and my son gave it to me when he was in elementary school. He didn’t get it bad but I got it real bad in both eyes. It was miserable for like 2 weeks for me. Eyes red and swollen and it was just so painful at all times when my eyes were open. It was like 8 years ago and I still remember just how awful it was.
