I am not a village boy, grew up in the city (in Europe), but African village life is CALLING ME. I want to go back to Africa and build something amazing and live there. Thank you so much for uploading your videos. All the best
A few years ago, I wanted to leave South Africa, but I came to my senses, this is a place of opportunity. Safety is my only concern here, everything else is absolute bliss, we are so blessed with such an amazing country and people. We are rich in culture and nobody can take that away from us, our heritage is embedded in our blood. God bless South Africa, we love this place.....
People of South Africa our Lady is helpful and opening our eyes.. I'm here in Limpopo Mankweng.. There is arable land and ground water.. It only needs investment.. Support and grow rural areas
@@thembijohansen557 I moved to Limpopo 4 years back and I can tell you...the opportunities here are shocking.. From farming to accommodation to food shops..it's shocking.. I encourage you to try Limpopo you won't be disappointed
I will do it in Zambia bought 1 hectare I want to start an orchard with fruits that are beneficial . I am in Tanzania going back to the UK but I will do it while there. I told daughter that we will build AMS live on that land even if no one is doing anything there.Very good land but it has stones that can be used to build . People want to be clamped in cities that's not me.
Thank you so much. All in the pipeline but first things first let’s profile the best there is in villages and move on to testimonies. So much motivation to do as we encourage each other to invest in our villages. 🙏🏾❤️
Very much so. The reason it’s not developed it’s because we wait for Government to provide instead of the community seeing the need to structure itsself well for the benefit of all. Uma silinda ukwakhelwa siyolinda for another 25 years. We need to be hard core entrepreneurs and if given a space to sell our products on, keep it clean, attractive and organised. Thank you for watching 🙏🏾❤️.
Granted true. There is a lot of room for improvement. But you took a u-turn just two minutes away from the mall and many other important infrastructural facilities available there. Thanks for this video God bless you and may God continue blessing you with the awareness to see and Hanes the potential of things that God have b
I think it’s because I have a person issue with malls. They take away from the community and are driven by a capitalist intention to take from the poor. I pray for businesses by us for us. Thank you for watching and let’s keep the revolution going. 🙏🏾❤️
You inspire me 😅😅😅😅! Grew up in the city but always knew I’d own a Farm House! I will do get land and build a beautiful mansion in the village. The sizes of the plots😅😱 I’m inspired!
@Velile I noticed smthng traveling down south and also on your videos.. there's none or few fresh produce market stall by the road side as one travels,UNLIKE when travelling North or East(Mpumalanga).i mean as I enter N4,N1,R101,R25 I'm sure of places to find fresh produce, nuts, atchaar n possibly African art items..... And I have been thinking about starting one on da South side. So perhaps someone is here thinking like I do and has vast knowledge of the area(South side), maybe we can hook up n come up with smthng to sell.
Hi Vellie. I love your content, always so inspiring and interesting, and so, so right. Village life is so peaceful and mostly stress-free compared to urban life. Yes city life has its advantages and perks, but unfortunately they do come at a price. So much stress and too fast paced also overcrowded, it's unsettling to say the least. Having grown in the city for most of my life , I did experience farm life during school holidays and absolutely loved it as well as admiring the peace and slow pace of the rural areas along the way. Thanks for bringing these wonderful opportunities to our attention. I just need to know how to go about acquiring rural land . I'm guessing you're able to point the way forward for anyone interested in going in this direction.
I passed by your town at night just after the floods enroute to Durban North. The drive into and out of the town is beautiful but the quality of life in town seems low.
I just saw your video and subscribed; although it is a year since you posted it, I think it is still relevant. I am relocating to SA from the US, and would love to speak with you about business opportunities. How can I get in touch with you?
You touched a serious issue of ownership of beast for bragging with numbers🙈Our fathers need to be made aware of the economic value of livestock. We have somehow culturally conditioned our society to slaughter only for ceremonies.Otherwise we slaughter when the beast is sickly or too old. That mindset should evolve to involve a productive output.Thank you for raising the conscience in your platform.
Hey Velile I'm a 26 year old boy who just finished his building course I'm currently waiting for my school to get us sites whereby we will do our practicals so we can get our Certificates so how can I start my investment in the rural areas can you mentor me so i can be a independent young man and create job opportunities for alot of people family and friends and people i don't know please help me out
Congratulations on your start of a great career. A lot of builders in rural areas in South Africa are self taught and never went to school for building. Some of them make mistakes on the technicalities in building. Your opportunities start there. You can open and register a company or foundation to help rural masons with building courses. A lot of private companies will fund you if you present your case well. We need that in rural areas. You can also direct your services to helping people who are or want to build houses in rural areas. Put your adverts on every cashbuid hardware stores in your targeted areas. Do you also know that cashbild hardware also provides loans for building material if you buy with them. You can start by building a relationship with them to support your initiatives. Lastly in rural areas most people build sand bricks near rivers and sell them. You can look at that business too and distribute to hardware stores in village small towns. All the best. 🙏🏾❤️
Can we also interview the chiefs to open up the land to other South Africans especially those who want to start business. Xhosa people should be able to buy land in limpopo and build businesses and buy houses too.
I am sure that is possible you just have to start now identifying where you want to stay and build or start business if you are South African and than approach the chief there. Finding out who is a chief in what village, you can get that information from the local municipality closer to the village. Somebody must be dealing with tribal authority queries. I hope that helps. As for interviewing chiefs, I will sure do that in future just to get their views on so many matters that people may want to know about. 🙏🏾❤️
My next video will address the issue around title deeds and the reason why most WOKE blacks living on a tribal land in South Africa don’t want them. Keep watching. 🙏🏾❤️
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV I hear you for me it's a huge lose just imagine if all those tribal lands had tittle deed if would really serve as investment for the people imagine leasing of these farm lands to farmers with proper lease agreement with specific time frames it can be a game changer financial wise also it will be easy to sell and use the money to eg study it will also give south africans an opportunity to stay anywhere in their country imagine tswanas buying and relocating to kzn 🙏🙏❤️ 🙏🙏
@@dineomolapo9934 that is the perspective you looking at but not the ideology everyone shares. Remember no one forces anyone to do anything. This channel is to share, inspire and if possible change lives of those who agree with the narrative. The Capitalist system has failed many Africans but it is not the only way for so many people. I will state my views on my next video. Thanks again for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
I am not sure if that is possible for residential purposes. Tribal land is acquired by South African citizens in villages through ancestral lineage as far as I know. For business purposes, it’s a different story and you will have to check on procedures to follow for that. 😂😂 unless you Mary a local villager. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
@@eliphashashikutuva608 In rural areas land is gotten by talking to the tribal authority.. And they give to South Africans .. They are very strict about that coz its about lineage... Land is very sensitive in rural areas and goes to locals.. Even for me from Mpumalanga South Africa it would be difficult to get land there... But for a business in Limpopo where I stay now you have to pay a lot of money as a foreigner to get spot..
Hi the answer is yes. In my town and village there are lot of Solians Mozambicans and EmaSwati people from Swaziland who runs their businesses in the villages some have become part of the community. But I think it's depend on the region you come from I'm from the North region of KwaZulu-Natal we are used to people of different countries because we are close to the border.
Get rich or die trying from a snake bite.Winter is enjoyable in South Africa, but no thank you for the Summer Months.Snakes,heat,humidity,crime.High road accidents.Mosquitos.Beautiful landscape. But people have lost their pride in this beautiful Country.
