Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing hair ties because it causes tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to protect my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

I admire this approach but, I tried immunotherapy before. It takes a very long time. From my experience, it's better if you begin before 5 years. However, it's been 10+ years since I had an unwanted allergic reaction.

@@aniljaiswal2090 bro I have gone through same and even get it one or twice a year I would say you must go to some hospital related to ENT snd lungs They will give you some medicines and a nasal spray which works like magic and will give you relief They will also check if you have a deviated bone in your nose Then if surgery is performed then your nose won't be blocked and more air will reach lungs

No, it's not rhinitis then. Rhinitis symptoms don't usually contain coughing.

@aimenkhan1540 I think its your medication which is causing the heart to palpitate. Also nasal drops may also increase palpitations i felt first hand. Do you take otrivin or soemthing similar ?

It takes months to work ( f 360 ) it doesn't work quickly but it's a good steroid nasal spray. Try antihistamine pills for fast relief...get an allergy testing panel ( comprehensive ) then you can avoid allergens.

@@mikaellaormita8740 the carnivore diet basically you eat animal based foods NOT processed meat . and i know what you're thinking right now . you think this is nuts but actually it makes a lot of sense. I'm on day 4 of this diet now and I've never felt more amazing in my life. i feel better in every single aspect of my life. there's a lot of science behind this and it makes a lot of sense. so please don't be closed minded and discard it . I've tried basically every diet before this but this one is just perfect

Well sharing something from my personal experience. We have home grown plums and I ate a lot of fresh plums for atleast a month and my allergy vanished for 4 to 5 months but now it has returned back in cold and damp weather.
