I got Runners itch extremely bad 1x while doing a 5k. Just 10minutes in the itch was so extreme I just sat there almost in tears clawing at my thighs and love handles. I find gradual getting back into running and taking antihistamines helps.
Thanks for sharing your tips! "Run through the itch" is what i did today, i kept focusing on my breathing and tried to put the itch far far back in my head and it helped until i was done but boy were my legs radiating heat!
@samiatbk hey there!! Thanks for checking in on me. Itch is still there unfortunately, however I was fine for the last few weeks except for today, i was itching a little... idk if I took my allergy medicine too late so it didn't have enough time to kick in and I forgot to put on lotion before I left out for my workout. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ I'll keep you posted if my mistakes today played a part in my itch today. Hope your itch is gone too because this is annoying and makes me not even want to workout at times 😢
