Hello, I just purchase a SensCAP M1 hotspot with outdoor unit in India. But doing the configuration of location settings, accidentally it has been selected in San Francisco. Now it won't change to my Indian location and shows the insufficient wallet balance for fee of 10 dollar. What should I do now? Could it be blocked by helium for wrong location? No, you are not blocked. You just need to have $15 worth of HNT in your wallet. You can purchase from some crypto exchange or ask a friend to transfer it to your wallet and then you will be able to re-assert its location.

@@timheathsessions I think MNTD is slightly cheaper, so get that if you can. Also, upgrade the SD card to 64 or 128 GB if it comes with a 32 GB SD card.
Hi I have a new setup with a sensecap. on the sensecap dashboard its fully synced 99,99% and not relayed. on the helium app its still syncing and not earning. on hotspotty its also on syncing . The realtime status check it tries to run but the ping test does not work. its says the hotspot is likely offline because there is no recent blockcain activity. can you help?
My sensecap keeps falling out of sync. Do you know what could be wrong? I reset block turbo sync and reboot. But it’s always 30 blocks behind and over time it goes back to syncing. It can’t keep up with the blocks
