When I was 14 I was morbidly obese, lost weight from eating clean, doing martial arts and working out maintained until I was 25 family issues and have been struggling since and I’m 28 almost back to where I started. Your videos have helped me go back on track. I’m down 10 pounds in 1 week, just saying thank you 🙏🏾.

So excited for this video! I found your channel about a week ago. My doctor had encouraged me to lose weight as well eat healthy due to being pre diabetic. I’ve binged your videos and it has made me make sense of things when it comes to nutrition, however, it’s hard to change it when that’s all I’ve been used to for so long. Videos like this of heathy alternatives help so much and would love them to keep coming. Thank you for what you do, Chris!

Love your content. Inspired me to change up my workouts. I'm a 46 year old male been daily fit since the military but you ideas have increased my challenges, dropped 20 pounds, (didn't realize I had that much internal fat) and not large I'm constantly hover around 10% body fat.. Thank you. I started using keto recipes, my daughter is type 1 so I'm helping her. Keep it up

unrelated but before I watch the video. Yesterday, I had literally forgot to eat the whole day. And decided to give myself a free day and have one of my favorite candy bars I used to have before my fitness journey started. Not only did it have a ton of calories, but after I didn't feel that good. And my stomach didn't like it, and I didn't even enjoy it that much. You can change your food for the better, and if your thinking "I can't give up snickers" or what ever it may be, you will find yourself later not wanting it. I can't believe I used to eat those type of stuff literally all the time. My body was being punished.
similar to this, I walk home from the gym which is a 2 hour walk, about half way through I pass a supermarket. Lately because it's been really cold I've been stopping by the supermarket just to get out of the cold (it's still cold, just not as cold lol) and picking up a snack, usually a piece of fruit or a sweet red pepper. I recently picked up a cup of cut fresh pineapple as a snack (no sugar added). It was SO sweet I could barely eat it. It was delicious, but the sweetness was overwhelming. Cutting all the crap out of my diet has made even plain fruit sometimes too sweet!
Even just frozen bananas blended with a little splash of milk is bomb. Perfect summer snack for when it's really hot and you're craving ice cream. No need to add sugar or anything else, but if you want to mix it up you can add a bit of cocoa powder to get that amazing chocolate banana flavor
I've always loved your videos. I was furloughed from my job and your videos always remind me to keep my motivation and hopes up. I went straight to training every morning. Recently, I landed a great job and I want to say thank you for putting out this content.

i do REALLY appreciate that he is using "common" ingredients that doesn't consist on protein powder and and dehydrated peanuts powder and coconut oil and so on. they aren't that aviable on my country and they are expensive, so this is very much appreciated
I had pcos since unsure and now i am 27 and told at 26 that i had it. This is easy to make and worth it at random times. I stick to my fruit as a after dinner thing but will redo my meals and all soon

I can't wait to try all of these and I'm not even a sweet eater but I am pre-diabetic and my husband is too. He loves sweets and if I can get these going for him I can get him off of feeling the need to sneak sugary stuff behind my back. My favorite sugar substitute and the best that I've ever tasted, after tasting all of them, is the swerve substitute. A lot of people like the monk fruit, it was not for me but that SWERVE baby got it going on! Lol Thank you for sharing this. I know it was a year ago but it is right on time for me right now.

You’re not going to believe this.. I had all the ingredients at home in some form or another. I made all the deserts and I can tell you they all came out pretty good. You can barely tell they’re not the “real” deal. I always used to put a banana in my boxed brownie mix but Chris’ recipe is even easier to make.., and doesn’t taste much differently from my Betty Crocker Brownie Mix with a banana added. My favs were the brownies and the fruit “ice cream” except that I preferred frozen mango to strawberries.
For an athlete of this caliber you are incredibly humble and down to earth. Your videos have definitely a positive chill vibe to them. Very helpful to encourage anyone to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
1:39 if you’re going to use all of the strawberries and bananas that you freeze at one time, you could just combine them into one single bag instead of two and reduce the amount of plastic bags you use and throw away.
After all Chris achieved he is the same humble human he always been. And, I'll definitely try cheese cakes. And, all other recipes probably too, coz, Inlove my snack with coffee and I ran out of ideas. Thanks for the great video. Big love

Love these videos. With a little extra work, you can still eat the foods you love, with a couple of adjustments. It's done wonders for my diet. Thanks for the great ideas! If I could critique one thing, it may be easier to use a food scale and use grams on every ingredient. It makes the macros as accurate as possible.

i just quit all processed foods & sugars.. and i will tell you i went thru something similar to drug withdrawls ..that garbage absolutely should be illegal..i can feel emotions again had no idea they were dulled like that im clear headed now,huge difference

as a type 1 diabetic, although these recipes are not keto but honestly they are the most healthiest recipes for desserts, I actually make some of these with minor modifications to make them keto and suitable for diabetes, thank you for sharing and your valuable lessons
