I wish you guys still made makeup, i'm glad you guys came back with wonderful lipsticks but I really miss the whole collection. Your graphic liners was the best pen eyeliner I have ever owned!
I was thinking the same usually the model sits still so I think her bouncing and rubbing her arm is what is giving the vibe but that may just be a nervous tick.
It's actually mostly because they were applying those VS face products without a setting powder and those are very dewy, shiny looking products. Gives them a really glowing, healthy and youthful look even if they're run down and tired (models actually tend to have slightly dehydrated skin because of the long hours, piles of makeup and air travel). I love the glowing look, especially on Candice. She always looks better with that little bit of shine!
akissofthesun i think they also primed her face well. Sometimes when the pores are filled with makeup, it tends to sweat giving the shiny look. That’s why people do powders, in this case she didn’t.
Some people are commenting on how shiny her face looks. I think it looks great like that I want the same for my face, it looks healthy and pretty, I think. Also it shows off how beautiful and clear her facial skin is.

It’s also not good if you have textured skin as it will highlight the texture. Large pores, fine lines, areas that have less volume and up looking more noticeable with this texture. Definitely need to at least powder the under eye area, smile line area, or areas with large pores like the sides of the nose/inner cheek
I hate when people say models aren't 'real people' They have a heart, that beats and they breathe. Who cares if she had make up on before hand. This is a brilliant tutorial!

I'm not even sure if it's ok to clap back, I can't tell if you're a young girl with an unfortunate aging process or if you're a 40 yr old woman trying to look hip but here you go: your profile pic looks like Geico's old caveman add. Switching your pic could save you 15% or more on public humiliation.
most women cannot follow this tutorial and actually look just like her. i love that they say "pick the shade closests to YOUR SKIN TONE!" it's all about technique. a lot of people think Victoria's secret is racist. they are not. they are accepting of dark skin women. not common but they are.

can somebody please answer me. when she applied the tinted moisturizer at the first time (on the temple of the forehead, right along the bottom of the cheekbone), is she wearing the same color as she applied after that? (she mention candice's color is medium) or the first time is the darker color of medium? because it looks different. thank you :).

@Thehourglass100 Oh I have seen her without, she just looks more tanned and with some makeup on her eyes. I am in no way saying its a bad thing in the beginning of the video.
LOL you can tell Candice is like pretty annoyed at the part where the make up artist states some stupid idea where girls put on the same colour shadow as their eyecolour and she's like thinking ".....please..."
A good alternative to that nude color is Jeffree Star’s lip liner in Doll Parts. I’ve been looking for that color with a similar formula ever since VS discontinued it, thank god for Jeffree.
lol the makeup artist puts the makeup over her own skin to don't get much product directly on the skin but she rubs the brush incessantly over her hand after it. Candice, you're amazing, with or without makeup
@oOEmanOo but there was fake eyelashes I think cause her lashes are not that long if they were I never noticed I pay allot of attention to her and Adriana.
@Kaya0Anna You have obviously never seen her without make up. She has personal pictures and the only real difference with the make up of is her eyelashes and skin tone.
Beautiful people,you need to know that they spent on these models millions of dollars to get the perfect skin and the perfect hair and flawless body.and they spend millions of dollars to get cameras that makes them look even more flawless so don't be jealous :) and candice was wearing makeup at the beginning of the video. just saying.
