Spirited Away is the best movie, hands down! From plot to music, it is epic and emotional. I also recommend Howl's Moving Castle if you're into Ghibli movies

Dear Lily, if you want to get into the mood check these movies: Once upon a time in the West, Kill Bill (1+2), and The 13th Warrior :) Have fun!

My favourite movies are all Ghibli movies, especially: The Wind Rises, Princess Mononoke and Kiki's Delivery Service Reasons would be the same you counted in your video :) The music, visuals and themes are just extraordinary and amazing. Props to Joe Hisaishi for that. Plus there is the nostalgic factor. Saw Spirited Away as a child. Have to rewatch it again one day since i barely remember the plot point.

It is too difficult to pick a single movie (or even three) that is my favorite(s). Instead I will just pick three types of movies that I like: Musicals (w/ soundtracks I like): West Side Story (Leonard Bernstein) To Sir With Love (Lulu, Mindbenders) Bye Bye Birdie (Rogers & Hammerstein) Viva Las Vegas (Elvis Presley) Grease (Olivia Newton John) Xanadu (Olivia Newton John, ELO) Comedies (that I find funny): National Lampoon’s Animal House National Lampoon’s Vacation National Lampoon’s Caddyshack Horror (particularly Japanese written) The Ring The Ring 2 The Grudge The Eye All this list reveals about me is that I am an old guy since all these are old flicks. The only positive thing about this pandemic is that it has given me the opportunity to break out my old CD’s and watch them one more time. But all I can say about this is ... ENOUGH ALREADY.
