Got dual RS13s today. Minor adjustments and these babies were rocking. Not overly bassy, but bass is there when needed. Clean and deep like a Minnie PB-4000 but in a size smaller than the PB-3000. Clean look, superb finish and excellent sound with no lagging. Liked the RS11s so much had to get the big brothers. There’s not a lot of reviews but trust me, you can’t go wrong with these. Plus you get a big discount on duals and for vets like me, an additional discount. Emotiva threw its hat in the reference sub game full tilt!

Why doesn't the S8 have the same aesthetic design as the other Emotiva gear?

The more design to the cabinet you add the more the cost goes up. We wanted to keep the S8 very simple and affordable! It retains that similar design once the grill is attached.

Do you think the new Emotiva A3 amp will be able to push the T2+/C2+ speakers?

Yes, the new BasX Amps will power these with no issues!

@@nickmandara8231 Being that the T2+ is 92 db sensitive, would an AVR with 4 ohm impedance be able to power them with no problem? I'm led on to believe in order to run the Emotiva line of speakers, I need an AVR with Preouts.

I am running a Marantz SR6014 set to 4 ohms with the C2+. It has no problems pushing that speaker, so any of the Emotiva amps shouldn't even break a sweat.
