@@Mr9tynine I bought online , and saw only the Airtel SIM but no SIM certificate inside the box. The SIM just showed 'Emergency only'

You will have to take it to an Airtel office to get it register and activated.

@@kukupulus2949 you could have checked the back of the sim for the serial and do the registration anywhere airtel registration can be done and you would be good. The router has s special router sim different from others

Download the My Airtel app and sign in using your airtel number linked to the device and you will see the router number

@@Mr9tynine from an aitel showroom. The sim that came along with it is bad had to use another sim.
