@@Watermark61How many National Championships has Ohio State won in the last 15 years? Nobody is talking about consistency in a weak ass conference 😂 Alabama is the golden standard for all of college football with the most Nattys, and the two best college coaches of all time. And I’m an Ohio resident 🤥😅
Sports commentators have been trying to end the Bama dynasty for about 10 years. Bama is not the “new” king. They are the old King that never surrendered the crown.
Lol "New" 😂 this is what happens when you crown a team the new bama even tho you've lost 9/10. Last i checked the reigning sec champs are the crimson tide for beating uga last year. To be the man you gotta beat the man. Respect for uga not giving up when the tide foolishly went conservative in second half. Roll Tide
Espn pumps Georgia up like they did Dabo. The record between alabama and Georgia shows Georgia never overtook bama. Casual fans eats all the BS espn feeds them
He might not be the best but he's a damn good one and you never give Kirby the chance to comeback never especially when he has a team that can put points up in 3 snap's it should have never been allowed.
@ragnarwillz4115 dude Bama scored when they wanted to and when they needed to, being favored and actually winning are two different things, so stop it with this wasn't a good game shit
DeBoer and Sheridan should never have let that offense put their foot off the gas. If they kept making the explosive play calling in the second half it would and should have been a lot worse.
Ikr talked all that smack the last 2 years. And that last Natty against TCU shouldn't even count because that had to be the most wack National championship game ever because had the committee let us in they knew Bama would have killed Georgia
Like i said at the beginning of the season, GA will not make it this year. Maybe 8-4. Every sec team is at that point of building at the same time. Next year will be better with more competitive teams. Mizzou may not make it all year. They'll lose at least 3 games. It's not rocket science. Yes, there are countless questionable calls from refs, but some of these top teams still don't look as scary as bama did several years ago.
So let me see if UGA doesn’t have an offensive line, They really don’t have a quarterback, And they do not have a big threat receiver. It only look close because they kept throwing back shoulder fades, and Alabama eventually caught on. Yes, Georgia was one play away from winning it. But the bigger issue is that Kirby is going to really need to Evolve his offense. Could have easily thrown 6-8 interceptions. When he goes against elite defenses like Kentucky and Alabama, he looks below average, And very streaky at best
Bama's defense is far from elite they were gassed 2nd half elite defenses don't get that sloppy and wore down. I'm not saying they ain't good but far from elite. If you want to see elite go back and look at some of the D's that Saban had at the height of his Bama career they would dominate NFL teams!!
New. New. As in like they weren’t already? They won the sec title last year. Georgia has beat them once in how many years of Bama winning? No Bama was and still is the king.
Georgia was forced to play catch up the entire night due to Alabama’s dominant performance. When Georgia took a lead, the Tide shut them down quickly. SEC Champs!!!
Umm. No. It is not the best game ever as both teams have serious defensive issues, and Alabama has absolutely no run game. Texas and Ohio State are veteran teams with better rosters. 4 games into the season, and the SEC pundits, or should I say "homers," cannot help themselves to sacrifice logic to promote clicks.
They aint going to talk about all the PI's that should have been called on Georgia or all of the holding. Everytime Bama plays Georgia or Tennessee its like the refs are after Bama
I can't stand these analysis and commentators today trying to push Bama off the throne of the best Dynasty in college football. They always hating on Bama that's why they eating their words trying to make excuses after this game alone.
New? lol, UGA has beat them once in 10 times since 2008 with the only time being after they Bama blowing them out earlier in the year and their 2 best receivers being out
BTW... the TIDE has been ranked #1...141 times.. the most of any team since the AP started in 1936!.. Bama was 40% Saban Era...just a little simple FACTS...to chew on.
It was a great game and had all the drama however, both teams showed glaring weaknesses. Did you see the Georgia 2 DB's toasted by a 17 y/o freshman on that 75-yard bomb? Plus, all the weaknesses falling behind 28 to 0. Alabama was weak too allowing Georgia to come back and outscore them 34-6 after that. Georgia made adjustments. so will other teams. Both teams showed grit and it's admirable. Both teams are Very good. Alabama is KING FOR THE DAY but in this crazy season anything can happen. We can talk Alabama is King only IF they beat ranked Missouri, Tennessee, LSU, Oklahoma & Texas waiting in the SEC Championship if they make it that far. even rival Auburn or South Carolina could be trap games. Honestly my money is on the field. I predict them losing to Tennessee & Texas still making the playoffs. Heather is right this is a good loss for Georgia and shouldn't be counted as a loss however the bad win vs Kentucky should count as a loss thus, a wash. UNLESS Kentucky miraculously, win out or at least end up in top 25. If Georgia loses to Texas & Tennessee or lose 1 game or even struggle like they did to Kentucky to any other unranked opponent, they shouldn't be in playoff. I predict they will lose to Texas & win a close OT one to Tennessee but will lose a game they should have won & have 3 losses. The committee will squeak them in the playoffs.
Finebaum needs to explain how Bomani not from the south. He from Houston and attended Clark ATLANTA. Sounds sounds southern to me in Arkansas. Maybe we not southern either but Arkansas and Houston is more southern geographically than his team Tennessee. In fact, some ppl consider Knox and Nashville Midwest before the others… #BOMANI JONES MY DOG
Did anybody notice the risks Georgia was willing to take in the 2nd half to get ahead? 5 times they went for a 1st down on the 4th on their own side of the 50 yard line and actually made it. They could have easily lost on those plays. How many times can you keep flipping a coin and get heads?
A lotta people are pissed because they have been writing Bama off for years even before Saban retired because of Bama fatigue but the more things change the more they stay the same, Bama is still Bama and probably more dangerous than they ever been with Kalen deboer
These commentators have to come up with stuff to talk about I get it. But always harping on if the losing team would have thrown it here or batted the ball down gets tiresome. They almost never say if the winning team had just done this it would have never been close. To much credit these days appears to go to the losers and not enough to the winners. Teams make mistakes sure, miss assignments, coaches make bad calls etc. But what isn't talked about enough is sometimes opposing players just make good plays. The interception in the end zone to end the game for example. Sure better placement might have won the game. Heck a RB breaking it up the middle for 20 yards might have won the game. But instead a freshman who was shorter found the ball went up and took it away if he had not done that then the GA WR would have scored.
The only team the commentators want is ohio state. They play community colleges through the year. If ohio was in the sec they would just be another average team.
I thought Alabama went to conservative on play calls offensively in the second half. Once you see the outside isn't available anymore adjust to something else. Get your Tight End involved over the middle. Send your receivers crossing over the middle. Keep the defensive safety's guessing and have to commit to covering them and stay off the line of scrimmage. That allows the backs to be able to pop off a big run. I seen some things they could have done better offensively in the second half.
There was a pass interference that was not called in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd quarter that was not called against Georgia that would have gave Bama a field goal try at least - so I don't want to hear anything about a pass interference no call 🐘🏈🏆 Roll Tide
The problem with Alabama is inconsistency, they'll have dominating games like this and then have a nail biter the next. It's a long season, still have to play Texas. Milroe has finally found his groove.
Im a bama fan 4life that was a good game even tho it shouldn't not have been that close but i am worried about tx and our db's im sure they will look at film and make correction but i dont see texas beating us lol texas hasn't played anyone so im looking forward to see how they play against uga i think auburn has a better chance to beating us than texas😂😂 cause of the rivalry but they suck ass 🤷🏿♂️
Trevor says UGA could have won. Yeah, coulda shoulda woulda. Paul sets him straight with, “you can make anything you want to out of this game, Bama won”. Roll Tide!!
The game was horrible. One team showed up in the first half and the other in the last half. Never was it two teams both showing there best against the other teams best.
It was a great win yet the season is very young and unlike the traditional schedules, they have an entire season of conference play. Confidence booster? YES, but Bama needs to get through conference play. #ROLLDAMTIDE
The d coordinator has to get the dbs to be better and definitely need to switch Deionte Lawson out with other guys because he's always getting beat. Hes not as good as he think he is
Honestly Bama made this game close, put them away they Honestly could beat them by 3 td, in order to be championship team you got to play 60min Roll tide Roll
