As a Commanders Fan, it's very hard to hear RG III talk about anything Football related. He was a total Bust in the NFL stops in Washington, Cleveland and Baltimore couldn't stay out of the medical Tent now he has a Job analyzing football Players. I been watching The Front office run by Stephen Jones not Jerry. Yes Jerry has The final word but totally overall Stephen Jones runs or shall I say is destroying The Dallas Cowboys. Throughout The last several years, watched Former Players like Jason Hatcher, Jay Ratliff, Chidobe Awuzie, Ron Leary, Jerry Parnell, Cedric Wilson, Barry Church, Byron Jones, La-el Collins, David Irving, Anthony Hitchens & a Host of other players who have been interviewed in which I have heard all of them say the same thing & that is " "Stephen Jones now is in Charge & fully runs The Dallas Cowboys". Keep in mind Jerry liked to Over pay his, players, while that Idiot "STUPID STEPHEN SCROOGE JONES" when interviewed always Brags & says the same. "Ive saved us a lot of money".after cutting some Players, Pro Bowlers or real good Solid Starters like all of the players that Ive named above. I can't understand that why The Philt a Delphia, Shegirls who have a lot of the same type of players as Dallas when it comes to negotiations keep signing all of their players & manage to sign other top tier Free Agents as well for practically nothing to boost their roster level each & every year by signing them to either 1- 4:year contracts, while the Cowboy organization when interviewed why they didn't sign this Players & why did they let go of a player that was vital to the Cowboys Team.Thisvtypebof redric has been going ever since The Tony Romo era when players were asked about Their Contract negotiation after every Post Game Show, They said that they would like to get the deal done so that they could stay with the organization, they would all say the same things, everything is now (meaning The Organization) is now ran by Stupid Stephen & that everything the decision making is really up to him not Jerry.
