I have watched many recycled plastics video. This one is indeed impressive in that he provided details as to which type of plastics he can use and his origins in starting this business. As for the technology, it is common to most firms...collection, sorting, shredding, cleaning, melting, extrusion or molding. The melting temperature can range from 150 deg C to 270 deg C. One firm spins out in thick threads and cuts them into small pellets. Others pour into molds. Some extrude in various shapes. I am planning on a major usage in my big construction project.

Yes,recycle is the right solition to solve ur pollution plastic garbage problem..... .....well...its better if ur people know not to yhrow away garbage in the first place....

The problem with this plastics tiles will be it will decay and loose it shape , texture and finishing/glaze by varying climate/temperature and time. Like plastic chairs and stools, layers of tHin plas tics will come off which will make it's look very ugly. Anyway good effort to recycle plastics.

Not good to cover earth and pavements with plastic. There are better and cheaper alternatives such as clay, ceramic, mud tiles, which are better than plastic tiles.
