Hello dear I applied for my F1 visa an did my interview in April it went well but I was put on 221g refusal now I check my status online an saw my case have been adjusted last month and it was refused I’m so confused those that means my visa is finally rejected I can’t appeal or whatever

My undergraduate is Bcom(Insurance and Risk management) i have received a letter for clinical mental heath. I am in a crossroad at the moment. I got two funders that's my church and clinical mental health clinic. All my lifetime i have worked for my church and not even once for the mental clinic. How do i go about so as to have the right funder? Thank you
