I just recently stayed at the Getaway House Chicago location which is actually located in Grand Junction, Mi. It is 2 hours from Chicago and 2.5 hours from Metro Detroit which makes for the PERFECT getaway for my millennials who are looking to escape the 9 to 5!
I spent one night at getaway house and went solo. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and wish I spent a couple more days. So if you are wondering how long you should stay, I recommend at least 2 nights. This is the digital detox you never knew you needed!
