Building a Unibody Jig for a Chrysler E-body

Mike tackles building a unibody restoration jig for Project Fast Fish, his 1973 Plymouth Barracuda.
In order to perform the repairs needed for our e-body, a jig is being constructed to help prevent flex during the build. A jig helps to ensure everything stays in alignment.
Keep in mind, the needs for your project may vary with ours.
Basic jig dimensions:
14.5’ L x 10” H x 3’ W
Materials:
2” square tube with 1/8” wall
1” square tube with 1/8” wall
¼’ x 2” plate
Leveling feet:
Level-it NSW-2N
1/2-13, 1-7/8”
Casters:
4” x 2” Swivel polyurethane caster w/ brake
900 lb load rating
Pins
1" round bar
Nuts for leveling feet
