As someone who doesn't speak Spanish, but it's fluent in another language (besides english) his translation seemed to include a lot of informal slang. But it all would fit perfectly in an American English convo, so I got the impression he has a pretty good grasp on Spanish. That's generally a lot more difficult to do than people think sometimes
