I'm really trying to cut down on fast fashion this year and need to stop lockdown shopping, I love your style and fashion content but need no temptations haha! I agree! I would love to see an influencer shift from fast fashion to reworking your wardrobe or looking at second hand clothes. It's so much better for the environment and my finances lol.
Hey Samantha 🥰 (and anyone else that might be interested) ... Just a quick tip from a nutritionist about the Galaxy chocolate conversation... avoiding words like 'detox' is really helpful because our bodies do this for us anyway. It's awesome that you're intuitive with your diet 🙏❤️, seeing food as neutral and not 'good' or 'bad' (aka the galaxy bar) will help to avoid over eating on foods you see as 'naughty' or unhealthy etc. Chocolate is good for the soul! This is so important because restriction is the biggest cause of binge eating which then causes an awful guilt, binge circle a lot of the time. No one should ever feel guilty for eating. Also, you could try portioning the chocolate bar up into smaller bags too! Having a bit of chocolate every day will help you to feel satisfied rather than deprived to the point that you just want to eat everything you've been restricting yourself from.

@@rc27td How far into it are you? How are you doing? I had first symptoms a month ago, was much better after day 10, was still taking it easy...got worse again after 1week or so, my heart rate is way too fast and lungs hurt, I get very dizzy and so so weak. It sucks!

That hoover is amazing. We’ve always used a Miele hoover then moved onto a dyson but I found it has such a weak suction. The shark looks like it* will be our new favourite too. Thank you for sharing.
True crime causing The Fear is so real! 😂 I moved in the summer with my other female friend to a new city and every bump in the night makes me freak out. Its just us two girls and my room is by the front door. I can't listen to too much true crime anymore. On a lighter note, dropping the chocolate off next door or something would be cute! Like a lil late happy new years thing 😉 they don't need to know you're getting rid of the chocolate. I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that though, I need to get it out of the house or else I WILL consume it at 3am.

About the chocolate you don’t want to chuck! There’s this app called ‘Olio’ where you can put unwanted food items on. It allows people from your local area to take any unwanted products. Its an amazinggggg way of reducing waste and allowing someone else to enjoy something you no longer want or need x
I felt exactly the same about December- Christmas- New Years... I also ate and drank more than normal as I was alone .... I just kept nodding while you were chatting 😆 I can watch fake crime and usually be ok but I can't watch real life crime stuff and live alone - it's just too scary!!!

I had quite a bit of chocolate left over from xmas so what i did was melted it and added cornflakes and raisins. Basically I made Rocky Roads lol. Then I put some in the freezer for when i want it.

So, I got to the point of the chocolate bar and I'm just wondering... do you guys have drop off points where you can leave food for people in need? There's this place I know (here in Bruges) that you can walk into and it has a load of fridges where you can leave extra food and then people who need it can come and pick it up.

there's a really good app for food waste called Olio! You can just put up a picture of any food you don't want (like the galaxy bar haha) and someone in your neighbourhood can come and pick it up!! i use it all the time in London xx
