Just recently watched one of her older videos because i was looking for her cinnamon nutella muffins lol missing the beautycrush days! Also so happy she made a vlog again woohoo
Honestly, most of the time (for me anyway), the "boring" vlogs are the most enjoyable! They're very relatable and relaxing. Wishing you and Indie a wonderful Christmas season. xx
living for this hair, omg. honestly, you are a role model for me. just went through a break up, flat hunting and trying to sort my sh* out. not that anyone of us has but i always think of you and that it can be done. there is always a way.
Hey Sam. I think it’ll be good if you use an effective oil cleanser first to break down all the makeup, sunscreen etc before moving on to the cerave hydrating cleanser just to ensure your pores are completely free of any dirt so as to avoid breakouts as well. (Hyram taught me well 😅)
A tip for the broccolli! Peel the outer harder skin of the stalk and chop it up and cook it as well! It actually has many more nutrients than the top part! And also you're not wasting so much of it!
Sammi your hair!!! I've been watching for like 7? 8? years and would always see the growth whenever you'd go get your hair done but ahhhh love seeing you with it out - so beautiful
I switched to matcha lattes a year ago. I have one every morning for breakfast and it makes such a difference for my energy levels trough out the day! Would 100% recommend it!
We need to talk about your hair/ your hair blended with this wig (assumption). Are the curly bits at the very front your own hair blended in? Or is it all a wig? Either way it looks amazing. Would love a natural hair update but up to you, no pressure 🥰
So about the coffee. Coffee is actually very good for you. 1-2 cups/day is fine. BUT the quality of the coffee is the determining factor. I can't emphasize this enough! Switch to mold-free, toxin-free, organic coffee (most coffee isn't, even many organic coffee chains like Pret isn't good enough coz their beans still have mold and trace toxins) and you'll see a MASSIVE difference in how you feel afterwards regarding feeling jittery, anxious, taste etc. Try this before you jump ship to matcha :)
I like the taste of coffee but it's a bit too harsh for my system too. I really LOVE Yerba Mate though! It gives a great boost (not as harsh as coffee) but it also gives great focus and it really lifts the mood too. I'm so glad I found your channel recently - I love your vibe!
In the states, always Salvation Army and tho I foster kittens, give to local animal shelter for those still not in foster homes. Love the hair! Merry Christmas 🎄
Matcha and Chai Lattes are the best! I recommend Organic Jade Leaf Matcha (Cafe Style) and Tazo Organic Chai Tea (bags not concentrate) ...I make both with almond milk!
P.s. I love how all hair styles suit you and you can mix up your look so easily. I need to try some wigs!!!!!! I switch between my natural curls and every now and then I straighten it. So many more options with wigs though!
I love ceravie, since the lockdown i started using and i love it. Which is good for me i stop buying creme de la mer. Just realised not all expensive products suit everyone skin. You always look beautiful Sammi, looking forward to the next one. Keep safe and Indie too.❤️
Hey Sammi, watching since the very early days even though back then could barley understand what you were saying , but I felt i really liked your energy & the vibe around you just wanted to say I obviously don’t know you as a real life person but I have followed you on your journey you have come very far and i admire your strengh , you are a real beauty Inside out a really sweet soul sending you lots of love keep on doing what makes you happy 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Maybe try drinking less coffee, replacing every other cup with matcha. That way you can still enjoy coffee but not overload your system assuming you drink a lot of it. I personally am an advocate for coffee, but I’m aware most coffee lovers drink way too much of it. Coffee has good health benefits if drank moderately and without additives.
What a lovely campaign and this year its soso important to share love! Well done Sam... wish you a merry Christmas with little Indie! Hug from Switzerland
