you'll be fine with the 6 speed. the 3 to 4 circlip is the killer of those trans. I ran a 5 speed sr20 conversion flywheel from the UK on mine with an act 6 puck ceramic and HD pressure plate. was a 300-330whp car with a kinugawa td06-20g (would not run that large a turbo again lol). drifted and daily drove that car for 8years. It threw a rocker once randomly but that was a quick fix over the weekend. sold it to a guy in atlanta. It still runs perfect with AC and all. s14 painted BMW Alpine White 00.
Just want to say video quality is absolutely mint. I know you always ask what we want to see etc, and I know I can’t be the only one when I say this but I miss the og style build videos, when Mike records you and the boys building one car until completion. It always made me glued to the screen waiting to see the next episode. Anyways love the content and how far you have come! Keep up the amazing work.
Yo Adam congrats on the amazing driving between FD and DMEC. I remember watching you back in the bmx days when you'd just gotten the e92, i never thought in like 10 years you would be drifting at a pro level international and have all these builds. Your channel is what got me into bmx and is my inspiration to chase my dream in motorsport

I had a shop do that to me years ago. About a $1,200 4G63 head job at BJs Cylinder Head that I never got back. Sucks when shops go under and just keep everything. Good luck getting anything back.
Love you Adam and this has nothing to do with you technically but…I greatly dislike when shops or companies screw people over and they refuse to call them out specifically. This will allow them to continue to hurt others, even after their business fail, they can always scam and start new. If we are going to go after someone, best have the 🥜 to say their name or just keep it to yourself. Now, in your case I’m fairly confident you have lawyers involved so not speaking on it makes sense. This is just a general PSA I decided to voice because I’ve been let down by shops just like that.
Completely agree with this. If a shop does a good job they deserve recognition. On the other hand if they rip people off they should be called out. There is no anonymity in community.
S15 is my dream car and I must say this is probably the best unique build I’ve seen of one. The colour hitsssss hard the interior is stunning, hats off 👏 👏

It's all on the channel. Go back on a journey and you will find it all. Dude has been filming his life for like 10+ years it's a journey (if you don't Wana do that he's talked about alot of it on some podcasts he's done if I remember correctly)

Crazy the coolant lines will take out an SR just like they will take out their brother the KA24E in the nissan D21 hardbody/pickup. The KA had so many coolant lines leading underneath to and from the throttlebody and some to other places like the heater core and random U shaped ones that you almost have to take the intake mani off to replace. Nissan and their coolant hoses and how the routed them is ridiculous.

One thing I reckon would be for you to do a aussie car sorta like cleet did but little bit different in the sense that it would be for a different application with touches that make it you're own
Always solid videos, I only wish my 2 boosted cars didn't get hit-n-ran resulting into being totaled on I-95. I would so pick up more Garrett stuff, just got a GT2876R collecting dust. Side note, I so wish the 98-05 gs300 Serialnine traction and toe arms were in stock, I would dropped so much bread for this beautiful (favorite color) S15!! Bummed I have been watching/contacting drifthq for months about a restock. May have to just order from serialnine I guess, I appreciate the lower control arms I got from drifthq with fast shipping and great handling 👌🏾
If both FD and DM programs become really successful. Would you consider adding more staff so you can have a team at home working on the cars for content and a team for the both drift programs or strictly racecar staff?
