Getting Braces as an Adult | 11 Month Update: The Most Painful Stage so Far 

I'm wearing traditional silver metal braces with coil springs and a Herbst aplyance with stainless steel rods rubber bands and headgear on all my top and bottom teeth for the next 4 years!! I'm wearing my headgear and springs 22 hours a day in public

That’s sad and a shame, wow it took that just for them to see you what a shame. I hope everything goes well moving forward, sound frustrating.

Hopefully your braces won't hurt you anymore. How much longer do you need to wear braces. You shouldn't have to make adjustments on your own. Thats what your orthodontist is for.
